Seeing "This email cannot be found"?

Until September 29, 2026, the login page only recognized your email if its capital letters matched the way you typed it when you signed up. Phones often capitalize the first letter on their own, or add a space after it, so some people were told their email couldn't be found even though their account was right there. That was my mistake, and it's now fixed.

Capital letters no longer matter. [email protected] and [email protected] sign in to the same account.
Extra spaces are ignored before or after your email.
Passwords are still case-sensitive, so type yours exactly as you created it.

Made a second account because of this? Each account keeps its own password, and the one you enter decides which account you sign in to. If you'd like the extra account removed, or the two combined, send me a help request.

Forgotten Password

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it using the email address associated with your account.

How to reset:

Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page
Enter your email address
Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the reset link
Click the link and create a new password

Wrong Email Address

Make sure you're using the correct email address. Common mistakes include:

Typos in your email (e.g., "gmial.com" instead of "gmail.com")
Using a different email than you signed up with

Browser Issues

Sometimes browser settings can interfere with login. Try these fixes:

Clear cookies & cache

Cached data can sometimes cause login issues. Clear your browser's cookies and cache, then try again.

Disable extensions

Ad blockers and privacy extensions can sometimes block login requests. Try disabling them temporarily.

Try incognito mode

Open an incognito/private window and try logging in. This uses fresh browser settings.

Try a different browser

If the issue persists, try logging in with a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari).

Password Entry Issues

Passwords are case-sensitive. Check for these common issues:

Caps Lock: Make sure Caps Lock is off (unless your password uses capitals)
Num Lock: If using a number pad, ensure Num Lock is on
Keyboard layout: Check you're using the correct keyboard layout
Password manager: If using a password manager, try typing the password manually

Account Not Found

If you're getting an "account not found" message, consider these possibilities:

1. New user? You may need to create an account first
2. Different email: You may have registered with a different email address
3. Account deleted: If you previously deleted your account, you'll need to create a new one

Getting Logged Out Frequently?

If you're being logged out unexpectedly, it's usually due to browser settings:

Check that your browser isn't set to clear cookies on exit
Disable any "privacy" browser modes that block cookies
