I had never heard of a Raclette or this Swiss style of cooking. Similar to a Fondue set, this is a electric non-stick grill-top.
It's a great way to entertain guests, and it's a fun way to cook and eat. It's a nice conversation starter, and I love how easy it is to clean up.
