Step 1
Go into Settings (shortcut: ALT+P) and scroll down to the bottom of the Basic Settings page.
Step 2
Under the On startup section, select Open a specific page or set of pages and click Add a new page.
Step 3
Enter or paste the URL of your new homepage in the pop-up that appears.
