This converter needs JavaScript. It runs entirely in your browser and nothing is uploaded.
Looking for video or audio? Those live on the video pages. Word, Excel and other documents need a server-side engine, so I don't offer them — CloudConvert handles those.
Private by design
Files are read and written on your device. The page never uploads them, so there is nothing to delete later.
No limits, no watermark
Convert as many files as you like, as often as you like. There is no queue and no daily cap.
Fast and offline-capable
Your browser does the work, so a batch finishes in seconds and keeps working without a connection.

About converting HEIC to PDF
You photographed a lease, a doctor’s form, or a stack of receipts with your iPhone, and now a website wants one PDF. The photos are HEIC, which Windows cannot open without an extra codec and which most upload forms reject outright. This page turns them into a single PDF in one step, with no stop at JPG in between.
Drop the photos in, put them in order with the arrows, and choose a page size. Fit makes each page exactly the size of its photo; A4 and Letter centre each photo on a standard sheet with a margin, which is what you want if anyone will print it. Each photo is turned the right way up first, so pages never come out sideways.
Safari decodes HEIC itself. On Chrome, Firefox, and Edge the page fetches a small decoder the first time you use it. Either way the photos are processed on your device and never uploaded.
Frequently asked questions
Can I mix HEIC photos with JPGs and screenshots?
Yes. Anything the converter reads can go into the same PDF, one image per page, in whatever order you set.
Can I do this on my iPhone?
Yes, in Safari. Tap the box, choose Photo Library, select the photos, and the PDF downloads to the Files app. It works the same on an iPad.
Will the text in my document photos be searchable?
No. Each photo becomes an image on a page, the same as a scan. The tool does not run text recognition.
How big will the PDF be?
Each photo is stored as a 92% quality JPG inside the PDF, so expect roughly 2 to 5 MB per iPhone photo. If an upload form has a size limit, convert the photos to smaller JPGs first and build the PDF from those.
Are my photos uploaded?
No. Decoding and PDF building both happen in your browser, which makes it safe for IDs, medical forms, and other private documents.
